How Do I Become A Patient?
Just give us a call or email us your contact information. You will need to request records from your former dentist.
How Long Will My First Appointment Be?
A new patient appointment generally lasts 90 minutes for an adult and 60 minutes for children 4-17.
What Do I Do If I Have An Emergency?
If your emergency occurs during office hours, call us and we will get in you in to see Dr. Santavicca as soon as possible. If your emergency happens after hours, call Dr. Santavicca directly. For more information on emergencies click here
Do You Accept Insurance?
At this time, Delta Dental and New Hampshire Healthy Kids Gold are the only insurance companies we work directly with. With all other insurance companies we are considered a "non-participating provider", we will submit your claims electronically for you. Your insurance company then reimburses you directly based on your specific plan guidelines. A pre-estimate can be submitted before your appointment so you will know how much will be reimbursed beforehand.
